It all started back in 1963 when Harold Lawall and Quentin Heller wanted to each buy a Serro Scotty trailer, but the factory had a minimum order quantity of 3. So they figured they would just sell the third one, but they ended up selling all three. Ordered three more and the same thing happened. That's how Council Cup Trailer Sales was formed.
Tim and Fred Lawall took over the business in the 1970s. Fred retired in 2017 and Tim's son Brian took his place. We also build a new facility in 2017 with larger offices, bays, and significantly more room for inventory. We have continued to grow ever since.
In 2000, we became a KZ RV dealer carrying all of their travel trailer lines and have now become an exclusive KZ dealer carrying only KZ products.
A lot of things have changed since 1963, but a few things have stayed the same. Our #1 priority is making sure buying and owning a trailer is as easy as possible. We try to be as upfront as possible and provide a low pressure sales experience.
